Join me for a journey into the heart of Sri Lanka — a land rich in vibrant culture, warm hospitality, and breathtaking natural beauty. From ancient temples to spice gardens, from flavorful local cuisine to golden ocean sunsets, this retreat offers a true taste of it all.

We’ll begin each morning with an uplifting yoga practice, and close the day with grounding Yin yoga or a deeply restful Yoga Nidra. You’ll also have the opportunity to join various workshops designed to help you explore technique and alignment on a deeper level.

Our retreat takes place on the west coast of Sri Lanka, in the small fishing village of Paygalla South. The resort offers complete privacy and tranquility. Whether you prefer to lose yourself in a good book under swaying palm trees, swim in the endless sea, or connect with fellow retreat-goers, you’ll find the perfect way to relax and unwind. You will be nourished with delicious vegetarian meals, lovingly prepared.

This experience is not only about yoga — it’s also about discovering the magic of Sri Lanka. We’ve set aside three days for excursions, during which we’ll explore nearby places such as:

PRACTICAL INFORMATION 

What’s included in the Retreat Price 

• Daily Yoga Classes (morning and evening)
• 2 x 90 min Workshop 
• Breakfast and Dinner + unlimited access to drinking water (dinner on arrival, breakfast on departure)
• Full use of resort amenities including yoga shala, swimming pool, garden and private beach access
• Bed linen, Bath towels
• Organization of the retreat 
• 1 day trip 

EXAMPLE OF SCHEDULE on a day without a trip 

• 7:30 – 9:00 Morning practice (Rocket/Vinyasa/Spiritual Warrior)
• 9:00 Breakfast 
• Free time for swim, relax, massage, chat… 
• 17:00 – 18:00 Afternoon practice 
• 18:30 Dinner

PAYMENT TERMS

• A non-refundable deposit of 5 000 CZK is required to reserve your spot.
• The remaining balance is due by December 1, 2025.
• Early Bird pricing is valid for first 6 bookings made before October 15, 2025:
  • Shared Room: 22 500 CZK (2 – 3 people)
  • Single Room: 25 500 CZK
• Regular pricing applies after that date:
  • Shared Room: 24 000 CZK
  • Single Room: 27 000 CZK

❌ Cancellation by Participant

Before October 15, 2025:

• Any payments made (excluding deposit) will be refunded in full. Deposit remains non-refundable.

October 15 – November 30, 2025:

• 50% of the total retreat price will be refunded (deposit is non-refundable).

From December 1, 2025 onward:

• No refunds possible. You may transfer your booking to another person (please notify us by email).

🌧️ Cancellation by Organizer

The retreat will happen only if there are a minimum 6 participants. 

In the unlikely event that I must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as a low number of participants. If that happens, you will receive a 100% refund, including your deposit.

I am not responsible for any travel expenses or bookings (such as flights or insurance), so please consider purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. 

What’s Not Included in the Retreat Price

• Airfare (ask me before booking— I can help!)
• Transport from the airport (can be arranged from the resort for 60 EUR but I reccommend local Bolt/Uber, it is cheaper) 
• Any additional day trips
• Travel insurance
• Massages (available on-site: 500 CZK / 20 EUR per 90 min)
